DONATION PROCEDURE

CASH DONATIONS:
To donate online with credit card, click "Donate Online Now" on right menu.

To make a financial donation with check, make check out to "FASHION DELIVERS Charitable Foundation, Inc." and mail check to Fashion Delivers, 112 West 34th Street, Ste. 1133, New York, NY 10120.

 

PRODUCT DONATIONS:

Our donation process is simple. Whenever you have excess inventory, items that you need to move, or if you just want to help individuals in need, fill out the donation form, attach an inventory list, and fax it to the Fashion Delivers (212.279.5917) office. We will then respond with:

1. An acknowledgement via the shipping instruction sheet with the address of a charity that can use these particular items or with a charity you wish to send product to;

2. A donor summary sheet that you must return to us with a count of the actual items sent, whether items are sent in pallets or cartons, and your estimated retail value, including your shipping costs, so that we can record your gift and company in our donor files;

3. The appropriate tax documentation to claim your tax deduction. The tax write-off could be as much as 200 percent of your cost basis.

Because FASHION DELIVERS is a newly established organization, we ask that the donor company pick up shipping charges. Transportation costs are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Products are generally shipped to locations with loading docks and with sufficient space to house product until use.
